CAT (COMPUTER-ASSISTED TRANSLATION) TOOLS

Swordfish
An open-source computer-assisted translation (CAT) tool that allows us to record our progress into a database called "Translation Memory" (TM), which can be used time and time again in order to avoid double work. In other words, once we translate a sentence, we will never have to translate it again, because Swordfish will recall and present it for us to use it in the new material. This allows us to provide a more accurate quote to our clients, giving discounts for matches to our TM and repetitions within the source material.
